14u Fastpitch Softball

Welcome to the home of the Long Island Lightning

The Long Island Lightning is a girls fastpitch softball organization based out of Selden New York. The team participates in 14u travel and town leagues and often journeys to interstate and intrastate tournaments. The team will be playing in fall and summer seasons. There will be no spring regular season so as to not interfere with school softball and other sport schedules. Spring tournament opportunities will be discussed before commitments are made.

Tournaments


	The Lightning will participate in 3 fall tournaments on Long Island. Two in Brookhaven and One in Bayport.

Regular Season


	The Lightning will be playing regular season summer schedules in the Town of Brookhaven Leagues.


	Lightning News.. Lightning conclude successful fall season with victories over the Storm, Hurricanes, Shock, Phantoms, and Riptide. We’re looking for a pitcher for our 14u Team. If interested please contact coach Jim Reed. See Schedules Page for last fall tournament and winter workout schedule.
